The technology innovation system of Bohi Industry is an open system and it has many participants such as the government, research institutes, universities and colleges, international organizations, intermediaries and public and it also has many elements like talent, capital, science and technology base, knowledge property rights, system construction and innovation atmosphere.
Bohi Industry is one of the leaders of the innovation alliance and the other one is Jiangnan University. The two core members are Nanjing Agricultural University and Northeast Agricultural University and the domestic enterprise members are COFCO Group, Luhua Group, Yurun Group, Yili Group, Bright Dairy, Wandashan Dairy, Tsingtao Brewery and Maotai Group. The innovation alliance took "national urgency, world-class" as the fundamental starting point, centered on the major strategic needs in national food safety and nutrition and selected four representative industries as the key areas where they will mainly carry out basic research of major applications and research-and-development of common key technologies, improve initiative guarantee and tracing-and-tracking system of food safety and achieve initiative interfere and a healthy-and-scientific control of food nutrition. These four industries are "oil, meat, milk and wine" industries which have large industry scales, high integration and obvious development issues that urgently need the execution and achievement of the major strategies of food safety and nutrition. By building a diversified, open and dynamic organizational operation mode and collaborative innovation mechanism, the innovation alliance will gradually build the center into a world-class academic highland, innovation center, research and development base and industry leading ground of food safety and nutrition in order to contribute to the guarantee of the national food safety and the innovation-oriented development of our country.More
